The Sea (Finding Nemo)

This imaginative landscape comes from the beginning of Finding Nemo (2004). This landscapes captures the beauty of Australia's Great Barrier Reef, displaying the vibrant colours of many different species of life (both flora and fauna) within the Australian sea. Most of this landscape in taken over by the dazzling blue sea along with the sea plants, but one particular sea plant stands out. It is the Anemone plant, in which two clown fishes are peacefully hanging out beside it. It stands out because it is brighter than the rest of the landscape. This is an example of an imaginative landscape because this can be interpreted differently amongst different individuals according to their unique set of morals, values, beliefs, culture, etc. Some might sense melancholy, because of the clownfishes are facing the darker side of the landscape indicating a hard and troubled road ahead of them, while other individuals might sense warmth and enlightenment because of the bright colours of the amount plant life spreaded across the Great Barrier Reef.
